Additional charges: $75 cleaning fee $300 Security Deposit (returned via check within 5 business days)

Reservation Policy:
One half of the total rental amount plus the $75 cleaning fee is due at the time of reservation. If the rental date is less than 30 days from the arrival date, the total rental amount plus the $75 cleaning fee is due.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations: Reservations canceled less than 30 days from the expected arrival date will forfeit one half of the rental amount unless the house is rented for the time in question for the same rental fee.
Rental agreement: The cost to repair any damages, replace missing items or the cost of cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking in the house will forfeit the entire security deposit.
